Anna, Rita and staff have treated me with the utmost courtesy over the last three years while I’m here for work at least once a week. The rooms are always clean and the continental breakfast is always good. Price is always competitive with no need to shop around . 5 star Randy M

We visited this past weekend and although a very busy weekend at Inn with a hockey team there and kids running everywhere until much later than they should be, the management and all staff did their best to keep control and take care of the rowdy customers. The entire staff here are awesome and take care of everything with urgency. A great place to stay…very friendly and clean…would recommend it to everyone

I had an outstanding stay at Admiral Inn Burlington! From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to suit every taste. The location is perfect: close to the highway for easy access, yet quiet enough to feel relaxed and restful. I also appreciated the little touches, like complimentary parking and thoughtful amenities that made the experience feel above and beyond. Admiral Inn Burlington truly exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers exceptional value and hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed this past last weekend and still had a great experience at this location. However, there was a big hockey group staying as well and the parents allowed all the little kids play hockey in the hallways while the parents were drinking and didn’t care what their kids were doing. The staff and management did their upmost best to keep the kids in the rooms and not in the hallways. I felt sorry for the hotel with such a group of disrespectful adults. I will be returning to this location each time I’m in Burlington.

My experience was excellent here! My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the rooms/hallways were very quiet, and so it was very easy to get a good sleep. Also, the location is excellent too! I couldn't ask for anything better. My only suggestion is to maybe have a bell at the reception desk? I was waiting for quite a while before someone came from upstairs to get me checked in. Otherwise, no complaints.

Had a very good bed, super comfy!! Close to tons of restaurants, stores & malls. Stayed 2 nights, but when the cleaning staff forgot to clean our room...the front reception was very helpful in getting us our towels, etc.

I would like to acknowledge my pleasant stay at the Admiral Inn in Burlington, Ontario and the exceptional professional staff who made the experience very enjoyable. At checkin on Saturday February 7, 2026, Gurpreet, pleasantly welcomed us and was most helpful. During the day Rita, at the Front desk, provided professional assistance and timely responses to address our inquiries and needs. Irene, always with a smile, provided a real breakfast, the delicious croissants and worked hard cleaning. Toktam, in housekeeping was always pleasant, helpful, and provided excellent room cleaning service. The Manager, Anna demonstrates a genuine interest in helping guests and ensuring your stay is enjoyable. Anna is an excellent example of real customer service that is representated by all the staff at this exceptional Hotel. We extended our stay for a few days as we enjoyed our time at Admiral Inn and will definitely recommend the Inn and return in the future. Carol Murphy Oakville, Ontario
